On December 2, 2013, the Most Reverend Jose H. Gomez, Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles paid his first official visit to the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America. Archbishop Gomez was the guest of honor at the 3rd Annual Ecumenical Prayer Service. His Eminence also delivered the day’s homily at the spiritual center of the Western Diocese.

A nice gesture, I think. Rt. Rev. Alexei Smith is a Melkite priest, the pastor of the Russian-Greek Catholic parish in El Segundo, CA, and the Ecumenical and Interfaith Officer of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
