All I did was hunt in the Oregon trail since I didn’t have the patience to actually learn how to play :bounce: . That, and my stupid wagon always tipped over when I tried to float it across the river. I wasn’t about to pay for a ferry!

I finally got around to playing Metal Gear Snake Eater. I am so dissappointed. How are you supposed to play without the little box in the corner that shows where the enemy is looking and moving? It ruins the whole game. Solid Snake was so much better.

Y’mean the soliton radar?

C’mon, Snake Eater takes place in the past with older technology, which made the game harder, you’ve got to play it like a real hardcore MGS fan on no-radar mode 😃

Snake Eater was harder, but much more realistic, gotta use the heartbeat sensor, sound and motion detector etc. but yeah, there are times when you really miss the radar from MGS1 and 2.

Anyway, also wanna add, I loved the old Doom games as well as Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear.

I soooo wanna play the new half-life though! Those trailers and gameplay look amazing :eek:
 
Oregon Trail was a great game, and my favorite was hunting as well, it was prehaps the single greatest hunting game ever!

I forgot Karataka, oh and summer games always had to move back in forth that plastic /metal two colored (orange and gray) button joystick rally fast to do the kicks or backflips on to the horse… man I shoud have been outside more… oh, i was… 😃
 
I love Civ III and Neverwinter Nights … my DH is really into World of Warcraft right now. Haven’t seen him in weeks 😛
