Dear Traditional Catholicism Community,
I bring good news on this day of advent and testify that the Lord has blessed our state of North Carolina with many openings of the Latin Mass! Just this morning was a unique candle-lit Mass called “Rorate MEF” and tomorrow a Solemn High Mass at a different parish. Just wanted to say how wonderful of an experience it is to have this opportunity to attend the reverence.
I’d like to ask you - how is the MEF doing in your state? Our state has four major movements in all our Dioceses. If you are part of any I’d be interested to hear what your activities are like!
The majority of our group are all college age and older. We have parents, grandparents and even clergy who are very supportive of each other. The spirit of cooperation dwells despite having four different group throughout our state. The Latin Mass Society has a weekly Latin Rosary, monthly Solemn High Mass including a dinner afterwards with a guest speaker. We also have a webtv show that we broadcast to keep the members intertwined in between these long meetings.
If you are interesting in watching the Candle Lit Mass out of curiosity, feel free to visit here: lmsociety.com/121215rorate.html
