The pagan variety in Vikings is far more comfortable with human sacrifice than Wicca, which is a modern smorgasbord of different influences. (If one doesn’t take abortion into consideration.) Historically, paganism is much more violent than Wicca.
 
I like this show. King Ecbert is my favourite character. Rollo has to be second.
