Any death sentence case required the testimoney of three eyewitnesses.no eyewitness to fornication-no death penalty.Hearsay was not allowed,nor was physical evidence.Many of these laws seem unduly harsh but in reality the application of death was rare due to the rarity of getting three corroborating witnesses.

So unless three people saw someone comitting fornication, they could not be stoned to death?

A hymen can be broken by things like tampax and masturbation and inserting foreign objects like dildos and vibrators. A woman shouldn’t deliberately break her hymen before she loses her virginity and should avoid using those things.

1. Your hymen can also break from sports, horseback riding, riding a bike, gymnastics, accidents etc.
2. There’s no reason not to use a tampon, you can’t tell other people not to use tampons.
3. Why should a woman avoid breaking her hymen before she loses her virginity?

How do you prove virginity without a hymen? Years ago, my ob-gyn said the “hymen” was a myth, which I didn’t believe. But I’d be interested in knowning how one can tell that a woman is or is not a virgin without an intact hymen?

You really can’t. There is never a “pure” or complete hymen because how else would a girl have her period? Some girls are born without a hymen also.

Someone who catches the guy nekkid and sneaking out of the girl’s bedroom in the middle of the night, or catches her nekkid and hiding in his closet, or a maybe even a friend who arranges a hotel room for them to sneak off to, etc etc etc.

I see that makes perfect sense as well. Were you the one who told me that the man is also stoned if he has fornicated?
