Democrats announced this week that presumptive nominee Biden and his running mate – who has yet to be announced – [would not travel to Milwaukee after all]
(Joe Biden will no longer travel to Milwaukee to accept Democratic nomination - CNNPolitics), due to safety concerns related to Covid-19. Instead, Biden will accept the nomination from Delaware.
Biden will deliver his acceptance speech from his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, on Thursday night, but party officials would not disclose the location. It won’t be from his basement or house, however. Planners did not rule out Biden appearing other nights as well.
According to the news articles there will be all kinds os speakers but Joe will only speak on last day Thurday doing an acceptance speech. Hilary Clinton did an 1 hour speech at the Democratic convention in 2016.

So will Joe Biden be an active participant in the convention and will he do a one hour speech like Clinton?

His handlers couldn’t possibly maintain the amount of brushfires started by allowing Joe Biden to speak for one hour straight. Like debating Trump, I’d be shocked if they let him speak for that long.

Joe will be speaking to accept the nomination. He will not be giving a speech during the remainder of the convention. This is as it has been in every presidential nominating convention I’ve ever seen. You should worry about whether or not Trump will stick to his script instead of causing yet another incident with his mouth!

I thought that nominees traditionally did not appear until they had secured the nomination. So this year’s rules are not that different.

I think I have to shine my shoes and practice the piano that night.

Hillary spoke for about an hour. She appeared on stage and in the crowd many times.

How many times did Trump speak at the 2016 Republican convention?

Trump spoke for an hour and 15 minutes.once he got the nomination.

Ant it seems like everyone else will talk or be shown but Joe.
You’ll see people in their living rooms, on factory floors, in schools, on town squares. We’re lifting up the stories of everyday Americans as they struggle with the Trump economy, as they struggle with how we get out of this pandemic."

So he spoke once. Why is it notable that Biden will speak once?
This event is to focus on him being president. It is his big day. If Biden was younger he’d be all over the stage like Hillary was.

Will Biden speak for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Ten years ago maybe but not today.
Some people believe he will not get the nomination and that way be possible.

So, we’ve gone from worrying about no debates to if Joe will talk at the Democratic Convention to how long will Joe talk at the Democratic Convention? Man, the propaganda runs deep.
I am worried that Joe Biden is going to speak anywhere. He may not. He is running for president supposedly but he has been in his basement for months and only seems to be going downhill .

I would like the man to simply speak. IThe debates are not even on the radar yet.

If he does speak, it might be pre-recorded so they can edit it and perfect it
from any mistakes.

Some people also believe Elvis is still alive. Noting what some people believe isn’t itself generally something that supports the item that is believed.

Not that it matters much; this is a trivial matter.

I just can’t believe Joe Biden is the best candidate they have to run for president.
The democrat party is definitely not in a good place.

Presidential candidates aren’t really picked based on whether they’re the best or not.

He’s getting a little long in the tooth, but what if they had nominated Kamala Harris or Elizabeth Warren? Pete Buttigieg? Bernie Sanders? That would have ensured a repeat of 1984.

This is USA Today a major liberal paper which favors Biden. . They are just writing that he is campaigning from home and using his basement which has been transformed in a studio.

In the arrticle they question whether that is a wise move.

That article was written May 11. That is where he has been. Every interview is from his basement studio, same background.

My generation has accepted Elvis’ death. If you want to stir the pot now, bring up whether or not Tupac is really dead
