Does anyone know of any good vocal recordings for classic Catholic prayers? I’m looking for any musical style, so long as the words are present (not instrumental only), of prayers such as the Our Father, Hail Mary, Creed, Angelus, etc.
English, Spanish, French, Latin, or Aramaic/Syriac would be fine.

I just got two CD’s last week, Inclina Domine and O Lux Beatissima. These are WONDERFUL CD’s of Gregorian Chant in Latin, put out by OCP (I know, I was shocked, too, at first). There isn’t much instrumental at all, and in fact, most of it is a capella. The CD jackets provide the lyrics in both English and Latin (side by side… sort of like a '62 missal). O Lux… has more along the lines of prayers (in fact, the only prayer it doesn’t have on it is the Angelus). Inclina was put out as an aural guide for priests/servers/laity to assist them in learning how to celebrate/serve/pray the EF.

The link is for Inclina Domine but there should be an “also recommended” link right at the top for O Lux Beatissima.

Since the Angelus is always recited, I doubt there would be a vocal setting for it.

Oh- I’m not necessarily looking for Liturgical settings, just settings that would be good to listen to in a car.
