Washington, DC – More American voters say they have an unfavorable view of pro-abortion Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan than a favorable one. But a new Rasmussen Reports poll shows they also believe it likely that the Senate will vote to confirm President Barack Obama’s second pro-abortion pick for the high court.

Well, I read the article, but I noticed a disconnect. Although it mentions those who oppose her, it doesn’t give a breakdown as to exactly WHY. It goes on to mention her pro-abortion stand. It IMPLIES that this pro-abortion stand is the reason for disaproval. But I can think of other factors.
  1. She was nominated by Obama. ANY candidate nominated by Obama will have disaproval from staunch Republicans.:bigyikes:
  2. Her lack of experience as a trial Judge. Although there have been distinguished Justices in the past without experience as a trial judge, 👍
So, yes, she is pro-abortion, but that may not be the PRIME reason for opposition.:dts:
