Wal Mart & Bank Robbbers

The Bush Administration has reached a deal with Wal-Mart where they will pay a $135,540 fine to settle charges of child labor violations including allowing minors to operate dangerous equipment (not exactly a pro-life activitity). In turn, the Administration says in the future they will give Wal-Mart 15 days notice before they investigate them for child labor or fair wage & hour violations.

I wonder if bank robbers can also get a 15 day notice agreement out of the Bush Administration?
