Tell your pastors and social groups that a boycott of Walmart must begin now.

Also on a much more closely related to death culture note, Walmart through its support of the communist government in China is directly connected to that governments forced abortion policy.

If you are a faithful Catholic it should be forbidden for us to step foot in that corporations stores.

I do agree though, that Wal Mart, being basically an American business, has only it’s own interests and is basically not a moral institution.

Neither is GM, GE, Unilever, BP nor any other legal corporation. Corporations, being legal persons, have no religion and no morals.

The China connection is not going to work. There are so many American and European companies doing business here that it is impossible to single any one of them out. You would basically have to sanction the majority of the big companies listed on the New York stock exchange.

Wal Mart is a serious threat to the American economy though, but that’s a separate set of issues and threads.

God gives one the chance to do the wright thing, it’s a test. In the case of the morning after pill the new person that is aborted goes to heaven, the the woman using the pill, mostlike the other place!. There are no abortionists in Heaven.

How is that you believe something of the supernatural that isn’t believed by your Catholic Church?

I would have thought that you’d be inclined to listen to your Church, Pope, Cardinals, Bishops and Priests when it comes to the subject of God, souls and heaven.

If I were a Catholic, would it be wise of me to believe anything I wanted, even if it was contrary to what the Catholic Church believed and taught?

The Church only Officially defines things when people become doubters. Everyone in the Church always believe that Mary was assumed into Heaven.

From what I’ve read from aspawloski4th, it’s just a matter of time until the Church agree’s with her certainty.

Does that mean that merely believing something, regardless of what the Church teaches, makes it the truth?

Like for example, if I was certain that God approved of Gay marriage and it was just a matter of time until the Church changed it’s position…does that make my belief truth?

Its a false premise. The Church doe not change its teachings. It will not chage its teachngs on the fate of unbaptized infants nor will it change its teachings on the sinfullness of homosexual behavior/marriage. Just beacuase you can find a Catholic who doesnt understand this does not make it so.

BTW, Walmart does support the Komen foundation -
and the Komen foundation does give lots of money to PP.

One would be hard pressed to find a major company that didnt support Susan G Komen. I will continue to shop at Wal-Mart . In do not generally support boycotts because they usually only end up hurting the employees and if I supported every boycott called for on CAF I would starve to death in my cold dark home.

American consumers have little choice in protests. Boycotts of “bad” things makes sense to me. You call it paranoia - and who cares? I surely don’t. I’ve been working in pro-life for more than 40+ yrs. Get back to me with your “opinion” when you can say the same.
