In the spirit of continuing the thread:

If you want a very “deep” book (theologically and philosophically) you can try Abbot Vonier’s A Key to the Doctrine of the Eucharist. Abbot Vonier explicates St. Thomas Aquinas’ thought.

A fascinating book.
