A friend of mine recently visited the Missionaries of Charity and she taught me how they pray the Rosary when they are working. It definitely helps me to pray more often and to meditate better when I do! Since the nuns are unable to count Hail Mary’s while they work, before the first Hail Mary they say, throught the 1st choir of angels, then the second choir of angels, etc. Of course there are only 9 choirs of angels, so the last Hail Mary is offered through All the Angels and Their Queen. I combine this method with the method of St. Louis de Montefort, I add a single word after Jesus, such as “Jesus Incarnate” (for the 1st Joyful Mystery) to help me meditate. God bless you!
