o if didn’t have a valid Confession, I would have still been validly Confirmed despite that?
Please stop obsessing. Go talk to your pastor about your obsessing over this

Absolutely no bearing on the validity of your confirmation means exactly what it says.

As long as the Church is still open, you may obtain an official copy of your Sacramental Record from your baptismal parish. (If the parish has been closed, the Diocese can direct you to the proper place).

You simply call them and ask for a copy of your record. The secretaries do this for people just about every day.
I was baptised here in the United Kingdom so presumably it is the case that baptismal certificate records are kept in the way you describe here, and being able to get a copy of the certificate can be done by contacting as you describe?

Yes.

Contact your current parish priest. Tell him your concerns.

Contact your Baptismal church, ask for a copy.

Valid confession or lack thereof prior to the reception of the sacraments of Holy Communion and/or Confirmation has absolutely no bearing on the validity of those sacraments.
This is correct. I made my First Communion in the second grade and was confirmed in the fourth grade and then made my first Confession. (This was the 1970s, that’s why).

Years later when I applied to the seminary, all my sacramental records from my home parish were forwarded to the Vocations Office and the Seminary. Neither one said a word about the order I received those sacraments.

A classmate of mine (same scenario with the sacraments) was ordained a priest.

I don’t think Holy Mother Church would accept seminarians or ordain priests whose earlier sacraments were somehow irregular, would they?

Canon law that tells those who work for the Church how records must be kept is universal 🙂
