Was Jesus a leader? Was he reluctant? Was he insecure? Did he feel inadequate? Was he effective? Was he charismatic? Did he display skills in leading? Was he knowledgeable in the subject he was leading in and did people naturally follow him? Did he put himself in the position to lead or did people just follow him? (did he call for followers and did people just follow?)

Was Jesus a leader?
Yes
Was he reluctant?
Not usually–although the agony in the Garden comes to mind.
Was he insecure?
I presume not, because He was (and is) God.
Did he feel inadequate?
Ditto
Was he effective?
Yes
Was he charismatic?
Yes, in one sense. A “charism” is a gift, and rather than being the recipient of a gift He was the Giver.
Did he display skills in leading?
Yes
Was he knowledgeable in the subject he was leading in and did people naturally follow him?
Yes and yes
Did he put himself in the position to lead or did people just follow him? (did he call for followers and did people just follow?)
Both
