Hello and happy Spring season to all!
I know we can’t know how a person has been judged by God in the afterlife. However, is it to be assumed that Judas, having betrayed Jesus and committing suicide, was probably sent to damnation? It seems that his actions were key to the series of events of the Passion and Paschal mystery. Ie, his actions were prescribed by the Father to fulfill his son’s loving sacrifice. I am having a hard time separating the historical events from the judgment of Judas’ actions.
