I was reading an article on the internet that stated that after Jesus was born, she and Joseph did have relations. The basis for this claim is that it states in Matt 1:25 it says “and did not know her till she had brought forth her firstborn Son.” I’m greatly troubled by this, and would greatly like to hear the Church’s stance on this. I’ve researched and found out that the Eastern Orthodox church says that the word ‘until’ doesn’t mean what we normally use in this sense and that it is used as a boundary. Therefore it claims that Mary was a virgin her whole life. I’m really confused, can you help me???
