Was Mary always without sin?

I ghot into a debate wich I wish I had not. I claimed that Mary was without sin when the angel spoke to her and she agreed to bear the Christ child. I thought that when Elizebeth said “whe is the mother of my Lord visiting me?” That she was at that time with out sin. Please help me with the truth !
