For the record, my deletion of the post was done in order to preserve my Catholic faith from the confusion of Islam.

You see, before I am willing to read any book, I first must assess the Author -judging his/her intentions, dealings, motives, purpose, affiliates, the reviews of others who read it, etc.

The same goes with the Quran. Before I’m willing to read the book, I must first know the intentions, dealings, motives, purposes, etc. of author and his teachings.

Currently, reviews here (I tend to respect the views of fellow catholics here on CAF) point to Muhammad as having been either demonic and/or mentally unstable… At this point, I see no reason to pursue any of his teachings for any reason what so ever.

Isn’t it possible that Zundrah was simply agreeing with the Poster who said she had no interest in learning about Islam? Is it not prudent, in fact, not to allow curiosity to lead you into other Religions? There are many former curious Catholics (and other Christians) who are now devout Muslims, you know. I’ve seen many, many confession guides that list reading about/attending other faith services for no good reason as a sin. No one should put their faith at risk out of pointless curiosity, and the Poster who said she was not interested in learning more about Islam is simply guarding her faith.

All I see Zundrah doing is agreeing with that poster about her decision .

Ah, see, here is exactly where your “ALL JUDGEMENT IS GODS” falls apart, exactly one sentence later. No one “forced” drugs down your throat. You choose to use them for whatever reason, were you taught this through learned behavior or as you yourself stated …“subjected” to it?

Those drugs would have remained on the table for eternity, or until you chose to use them in you own “judgement”… thought by thought. And if you choose to, or not to turn the channel on the secular TV station, again thought by throught, well, all were your “judgement” calls!!! God judges YOU at death, and by the Quran all muslims go to hell! In case you haven’t read the Quran, just ask your closest Islamic friend who actually did read the Quran.

I would too if…

1] I was correctly taught Christianity and/or the value of self respect, love and chaste.

2] I was motivated though fear of public stoning or being beaten for my face/hands showing.

3] Or you have a choice thus a “judgement” call to act off your feelings however insignificant they are and for whatever reason. Usually to be accepted, peer pressure, self-esteem, depression, irrational logic…etc etc. Usually the mind sends a red-flag to the conscious which should be taken as; I ought to pospone my judgement and seek advice. Thats God talking to you.

Not so in Islamic Jihadist countries…they are stoned or beaten. Motivating factor being fear, not love. Thus the difference of good and evil.

As far the West 50-years ago thats another “illusion”, 50 years ago was the 60’s.

BTW I defend the Catholic Faith not Islam. I believe you should dialogue with those capable in the Islamic Faith. I forgive them, however forgetting, and the daily attrocies are a very different matter. Let us not confuse being civil with seeing the truth and being mislead.

Does Islam, or does it not, force people by the power of the sword to submit to its authority corporeally if not spiritually? Yes. There are only three choices in Islam … . Either submit, or live under the suzerainty of Islam, or die.

Yes. Jesus did say that. And Mohammad mocks christians by telling us that information is false.

So either jesus is false, or Mohammad is false.

Well, lets see… Mohammad says to kill people, he had sexual relations with a 9 year old girl, he did not stop female circumcision when confronted about it, he himself was a murderer, he contradicts his sayings and he mocks Jews and Christians.

Jesus on the other hand was one of the best people to ever live, completely sinless.

I’m sticking with Jesus on this one.

They dress the way they do so that they wont be beaten or stoned to death.
… In addition Muslim women are subjected to the barbaric practice of “circumcision”.
In the US we still have the choice, in most instances, to avoid that which is offensive.

I have an Egyptian/ Christian friend that has lived in the US for many years. He does business in his native country and has several Muslim friends/ business associates in Egypt that have entertained he and his family as guests.
He said he knows how they think and he has absolutely no doubt that those “friends” would kill him and his family in the name of Allah, without a second thought … given the right set of circumstances.

Muhammad’s message recorded in the Quran from the Angel Gabriel contradicts the Angel Gabriels message to St. Joseph and the blessed Virgin Mary in the New Testament.

Gabriel pronounced Jesus as being “Emmanuel” God with us from the New Testament.

Gabriel in the Quran proclaims Jesus to be only a man prophet of God.

The New Testament reveals who is the deciever;

1John 2:22** Who is the liar? **Whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Whoever denies the Father and the Son, this is the antichrist.
23 No one who denies the Son has the Father, but whoever confesses the Son has the Father as well.

Muhammad denied Jesus as being the divine Son of God.

The Quran denies the resurrection and crucifxion of Jesus Christ, which was written and foretold by the same prophets Muhammad profess to be the prophets of God.

Muhammad proclaims Jesus to be a great prophet of God, Yet Muhammad’s teachings contradicts and conflicts with his prophet Jesus revealed teachings to Love your enemies, Love your neighbor.

King Herod tried to kill the infant Jesus, the Jews tried to stone Jesus for proclaiming his divinity with the Father. Jews tried to prevent the resurrection of Jesus by paying Roman guards to guard the tomb of Jesus. The Jews persecuted the followers of Jesus.

Satan working through sinful men could not prevent the salvific work of God through Jesus Christ.

Islam comes along later to re-introduce the first century persecutions against Jesus revelations and teachings of Love, Mercy, Forgiveness, Grace, Salvation, Sacrifice, by Muhammad denying Jesus divinity and proclaiming a new gospel of death to the sinners and enemies of God.

Islam teaches that Jesus is the prophet who preannounced God’s Advocate in the person of Muhammad. If this was true then Muhammads teachings would not conflict with Jesus teachings. Besides Jesus sent the Advocate in the person of the Holy Spirit.

Yet Islam when it has too denies the Gospels and the new testament as inspired of God. But Yet I find Islam using some Gospel revelations and new testament epistles to support their claims about Islam. This is a contradiction and conflict of interests, when Islam denies first century Christian letters, and then use them when they can to support their Islam belief’s, including Gnostic letters written long after the apostles to support their claims of Jesus infancy.

I find alot of contradictions and conflicts within Islam and Muhammads revelations from the Angel Gabriel.

One thing is for sure, Islam does not have the Holy Spirit, because it denies the blessed Trinity. Islam maintains a carnal knowledge of revelation based on common logic to the senses without God the Spirit. Which reveals a physical “submission” to God the creator without the Spirit.

It is here, where, I believe Islam being of carnal knowledge conflicts and contradicts with those revelations of God, when Islam denies the Holy Spirit who is the person who teaches and reveals what God revealed in his Son Jesus Christ, not Muhammad.

Muhammad’s faith battles with what it judges to be evil in the flesh, while Christianity battles with the evil “spiritual” powers and principalities.

Muhammad’s faith, though possesses some interesting characteristics which relates to Judaism and Christianity. Muhammad’s teachings are in direct opposition to both.

There has only been one deciever since the beginning. Islam’s flesh doctrine conflicts with Christianity’s Spirit doctrine.

In Christianity the flesh dies to the Spirit, so as to live life anew in God, while Islam teaches flesh that kills what it judges to be evil flesh is awarded by their deity.

These two doctrines are in direct contradiction, which is the contradiction when the flesh and the divine were made one, revealed and fulfilled in the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

God’s unconditional Love can truly be witnessed by one who can die for his friends and love his enemies.

God’s unconditional Love is never revealed by one killing ones enemies.
