Was my second baptism offensive to God?

Hello,
I was baptized at 9 years old and then as a adult when I turned 18 I was baptized again after I truly gave my live to Christ. I was listening to a message from R.C. Sproul and he said it’s wrong to get batized twice. So I asked the Lord to forgive me for the second one becuase I did’nt know It was offensive to him. Is that correct?
