I did see in a video on youtube a short recording about a general meeting of all religious leaders, and everybody, alltogether prayed for peace.
Does that mean that the gospel was preached to all nations?

Is there one nation (not talking about a tribe of 12 people deep in the Rainforest) on Earth who doesn’t know who Jesus is, that he died on a cross and that he preached a message of love and repentance? The answer to your question is “yes”.

Eventually, yes it has been. As a North American Indian person, though, I remember as a kid that it bugged me that it took so long (approximately 1500 years) for the Gospel to make its way to our shores.

I agree. At this point in time, the Gospel has been preached everywhere.

Believe it or not, we are now being asked to re-preach the gospel to fallen away catholics. This is the heart of the new evangelization that our great pope is promoting. It begins in a new way this fall with “The Year of Faith.” I am excited.
