In the Greed text did Jesus turn water into wine or grape juice as some protestants believe?:
Does the Greek translate from Hebrew wine or grape juice. Does the Hebrew use the same word for both wine and grape juice?:
 
Dear friend,

Your question is actually beside the point because in biblical times there was no way, in such a hot climate, to prevent grape juice from fermenting. It wasn’t until the twentieth century that some well-meaning Protestants were able to succeed in finding a way to prevent fermentation. Nowhere in Scripture will you find “grape juice” in place of wine. Jews didn’t drink grape juice. They did eat grapes, though.
