Was this a bad confession?

if i go to confession and really forget to confess a mortal sin while confessing other sins,is this sin forgiven and can i receive holy communion?
 
Hi,

All your sins are forgiven in Confession, even the ones you have forgotten. If later you remember one, you do neend to mention it the next time you go to Confession, but only as an act of sorrow and repentance.
