I was looking at pictures and there was one which I had random feelings for. I wasn’t attracted I don’t think but the feeling I got was similar. I looked at it once, then again to check why I got these feelings. I then looked at it a third time to again try to see why I was getting weird feelings toward that picture which is uncommon for me. From what I understand of ‘lust’, I was not lusting at all. Sort of like when a male sees a female and finds her attractive but doesn’t lust but looks back a few times, however the feeling was a bit little different. When I was looking the third time I was thinking ‘This is wrong and probably sinful to look at again’ but I don’t trust my conscience because I’m scrupulous.

Did I commit mortal sin?

There is a difference between recognizing beauty and lusting. From the way you explain it, it sounds like you didn’t lust. I would probably err on the side that says it was not mortal sin. However, I would also suggest when things like that happen don’t go back a second and third time. Sometimes we don’t need to know why we get certain feelings, we should just avoid them as they could lead us to sin in the future.

God Bless.
