Was Tychicus bishop of Ephesus?

At the end of Ephesians (6:21), Paul references that he is going to send Tychicus to the Ephesians. I thought Paul appointed Timothy bishop of Epesus. Am I correct? Were Timothy and Tychicus both bishops?
