Wasn't Mary virginally conceived?

Hello on an EWTN site somebody asked about a specific site. The answer they got was that the founder was in error because he taught that our Lady was virginally conceived and virginally born. was not this the case Mary conceived with out sin. Could you please explain Thank you.

For Mary to be virginally conceived would mean that her MOTHER had been a virgin at her conception. This is not what we believe. Mary was conceived without any original sin on her soul. But her conception was the result of her parents’ marital bed. Only Mary ever conceived a child while remaining a virgin.
