Will there be any JWs on the roundtable?
 
Its interviews with Ex Witnesses I think - cause a week or so ago they had a round table with ex-Mormons.

It’s too bad that they don’t have any JWs on there that would be up for a theological debate.
 
The Journey Home Roundtable will have myself and John Davis as well as Marcus Grodi and Father Mitch Pacwa on as guests. We talk about the history of the JWs and compare beliefs and practices of the JWs with those of the Catholic Church.

Even though there are no current JWs on this show, both John Davis and myself were very active JWs for many years. I served at the World Headquarters of the Jehovah’s Witnesses and John Davis was JW elder.

Please publicize this program to anyone that you think might benefit from watching.

Is this going to be strictly JW bashing and how horrible and controlling we are of our members (hence the ex witnesses) or is it going to be informative and present good things about JWs?

I would suggest you look at the Journey Home show or feel free to download it and listen to it. We do not bash anyone, you will find that the Journey Home is very charitable and more about the Catholic faith and how people have come home to it.

I thought EWTN was a TV station. Am I wrong? Is this a radio program? Looks like all the downloads are radio programs. . . .
 
It is both a tv station and radio, the Journey Home is broadcast over radio in addition to the tv. The archived stuff is in audio format I believe. I am not sure how to get the video in archive format.

It was a very good episode. Need more information though. You ran out of time.
 
We enjoyed the program too. Hubby didn’t know much about the JW and he was really into it. Good info.
 
I missed the show, but I listened to the audio clip…verrrry interesting, especially about the real reason they don’t celebrate birthdays…“creature worship” :eek:
