Here we go, Steelers…here we go…Pittsburgh’s goin’ to the Superbowl…here we go.

Well, maybe too soon to sing that song–but I’m hoping!

Are you watching football today with your family? It’s hubby’s birthday today, it sure would be nice if his team won–GO STEELERS!!

Happy Birthday to your DH! I can’t think of a better Birthday Gift today than a Steeler win:thumbsup: . We are going over to D.D.'s in-laws house to watch the game. They are from DuBois & Punxsutawney, Pa. When D.D. started dating her now husband back in high school, we couldn’t believe that she brought home a Steeler Fan!! What were the chances in Jacksonville?! We hoped it would last:DHeHe !! It did, theyve been together 10 years & married almost 3. Anyway, we are having Wings from Wild Wing Cafe (the best wings & there is one in Tampa), Jalapeno Popper Dip, Sausage Balls, Sloppy Joes, Haluski (Cabbage & Noodles for those who don’t know) & a Bushel of Oysters!! Praying for a Steeler win today! Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go!! Woo-Woo!

What a neat story–your buffet sounds yum! My husband loves haluski…he will be envious when I tell him of your spread there! lol

I’m going to grill shrimp tonight, make our own wings (I am familiar with that place you mention though–it is awesome!), and put out some nachos, with chili and cheese. I also bought dh a cake from cold stone creamery…should be a fattening day, if nothing else. 😊

Your buffet sound delish! Too bad we don’t live closer, we could combine the two & REALLY fatten up;) ! Now my husband is going to be envious because his fav cake is Ice Cream cake! We are football agnostics here. Life is good, watching the sunset in a quiet house.

DH will be home from the State March for Life soon, we may watch a movie.
 
Ya’ll… gotta tell you… My priest is praying for the Steelers… and he is a good old Irish/Polish priest … name is Polish but everything else Irish… I think he has favor with God…

I have never seen a ref on screen so much in my life, handing out bogus penalties like the one guy who’s retiring did tonight, to the Steelers. :rolleyes:

Despite that–Pittsburgh won! Ben just wasn’t himself today. :nope: Hopefully, we’ll beat the Cardinals!

Too many bad ref calls…makes me wonder if the ref was betting on the ravens…I have never seen so many bogus calls go to one team…in a looooong time.
