Water Medals?

I was looking on a website and i saw this medal that i would like to buy. It says it has water from Lourdes in it. But how would someone know it was really from Lourdes?
And wouldn’t the water like…i don’t know, evaporate or something over time?
 
DS’s First Communion Rosary has water from Lourdes in the medal. On the back of the medal is a small inset of a hard resin substance. The water is a tiny drop contained inside there. He is now a teen, and this rosary is his constant companion.

If you purchase from a reputable company, you should be able to trust them for authenticity.
 
Have you ever heard of discount catholic store? Do you think it is reputable?
