Has anyone seen bardinmarsee.com/ before? Their waterproof bibles are awesome! (Check out the demo video on their site!)

The only problem is they don’t make a Douay Rheims version. 😦 I asked the company how many they’d have to sell to make it work their time: 5000+ copies.

OK all you campers, survivalists, and messy people! Will you buy one if they offered it?

If I can get 5000 unique people from this list then at least I’ll be able to stand some ground.
 
I always thought that the key attribute of a Bible was all about being “fireproof,” sort of.
 
Definitely I would buy a waterproof Douay-Rheims bible. Even if it was $500, it’d be well worth it!
 
I like to read my bible in the bath, believe it or not. I ruined a little pocket bible that way, so I’ve been using the previous year’s Mass missal. It’s not complete, but it’s the best I have right now… yeah it’s definitely worse for wear with all the bulging water damaged pages.

I’d love a waterproof DR.

Anything come of this?

I’d love a Catholic bible that was waterproof. I can’t bring myself to buy any bible that lacks the deuterocanonicals
 
I have every bible, including the DRB waterproof.
Just a life case for an iPhone. U can read in the shower… or in the pool.
In my opinion it beats laminating or melting wax on my own…
