We are called to Evangelize. How can we do it in our daily lives?

today I ran into 2 jwitnesses. 2 young adult girls. We shared our faith and I explained to them about the holy Trinity, Mother Mary, and the Saints. One of the young girls seemed interested in knowing about the Saints. (I spoke of St. John of the Cross). We shared as much as we could about similarities and at the end she asked me for my name and I asked her and the other young lady for hers. We spoke for about 15 minutes and we all left just a little more wiser. All praise and honor to the Lord that loves us.:extrahappy::love:

While at my usual hang out joint; Starbucks I was evangelized to buy a regular patron. A Protestant brother treated me to a free drink. He does this regularly. I thank him for the cold passion tea. Later when he shared with me his comforts given to him in life I remarked that it was Blessings given to him. He agreed and then left me the daily paper to read.

Wow. These are really nice experiences you relate with talking to my bunch. 🙂 ( I am one of those odd JWs myself)

Thanks for that. I really respect your courage in approaching ones to talk about your faith. I am pleased to see you also acknowledge JWs love of Jesus and the Bible. (Some talk as if we don’t care much for either)
I hope you continue to evangelise and… How did you put it? : “all leave a little more wiser.”
Absolutely excvellent. 🙂

Enjoy your preaching. 👍

Thanks Logically, I always like talking to the JW’s. Most I have found (the younger ones) like to talk about the Scriptures, the older ones keep it much shorter. All in all we all are looking for Christ and HIS Truth so I’m always ready to share Scriptures.😉

I ran into JW’s and discussed with them the Bible at length and it’s history. They were quiet as a explained what I knew of the Scriptures and about ten minutes they turned the conversation to the afterlife. I mentioned that I hoped in Heaven. At this point they had little to say they had another place to be at. I sort of got confused for a moment since I had to translate this in another language. I felt I got through to them and also that I failed to evangelize properly. What I have found to be true is that not all approaches to evangelizing are going to be won or go smoothly, especially I they oppose you at the get go.:slapfight:
