Those easily fooled are pulled away from the Light of the World. Many find it easier to believe in a man made religion, than to seek the supernatural Truth.And precisely because of the teachings of Islam that I am no longer Christian.

It’s not a man-made religion though, and the Almighty made it easier for me. Verily with difficulty comes ease. 
It would be so much easier to just forget, give up Islam. So much easier to sleep in instead of waking up to pray. To eat what I like whenever I want instead of fasting Ramadan and staying away from forbidden foods. It would be “easy” to concentrate only on the life of this world, instead of the Hereafter. But my faith doesn’t let me–the firm conviction and belief in Allah, in His messenger and His word.
So you can say that you think I was easily fooled, but I think one day we will see who was fooled, and who was guided.

Islam indeed is a man made religion… the man is Mohammad (do you think he is a god?). In addition, Mohammad’s inspiration was not from the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The end of public revelation was when the last Apostle of Christ died. Mohammad is a false prophet, liar, marauder, fanciful dreamer, megalomaniac, murderer, rapist, and an anti-Christ.And some people have lost their saltiness. Maybe you find it difficult, because it doesn’t make sense…, and be assured, it doesn’t. The more I learn from and receive grace from the true God in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the easier it is for me.
I don’t doubt you were guided. However, when you find out who it was that guided you, you will be shocked. A strong clue for you, it was not the true God.

No, Muhammad is not a god. Never did he claim such an outrageous thing. Neither did any of God’s Messengers, in all of whom I believe, including Jesus.
Not inspiration. Revelation is what Muhammad received from the one True God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael, Jacob and the Tribes. So you shouldn’t go insulting him, it’s incredibly rude.
Actually Islam makes a lot of sense, everything about it makes sense really. That’s not why I believe in it, really, but it does make sense.
One God. Obey Him. Makes perfect sense.
Unless you claim to be All-Knowing, humility might go a long way.

The two possibilites were that you either view him as god, or that he was a prophet of God. I covered both possibilities, and both are truthfully, NO!
Jesus is God, the Second Person of the Holy Trinity. If you don’t believe this, you don’t believe the truth.
Mohammad had something like epileptic seizures, and he distorted the true teachings, twisting them into something favorable for the children of Abraham who were not in the chosen ones, but were sent away. He was not foretold, and did no miracles (unless you count duping an entire mass of people into believing his distortions).
One God in three Persons. Otherwise, you don’t know God.
LOL… if I claimed to be the All-Knowing, I wouldn’t have humility, would I? Mohammad had no humility, and that’s what you’re following. Humility is in accepting the true God, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. There is no other God that this. Mohammad is an anti-Christ, and false teacher.
I have a great deal of humility. One cannot come to God without it. I have a great deal of opposition to lies like Islam, and so I reject Islam as a false belief system that actually takes you away from the true God. If you think it makes sense, you really need to have more sense about you…, as in a sense of the truth. When you’re truly humble, you find the truth. I am so incredibly blessed to be in the Body of Christ, one who receives Grace from the triune God.

The One worthy of Trust is Christ, who is completely worthy of all of our trust. I am not making fun of your beliefs, as what I’m telling you is no joke. It’s a very serious matter, with serious consequences. The tragedy is that you place your beliefs in falsehood, and place your soul at serious risk. Lujack, thanks for the laugh. I would be interested to know if you had first of all understood what I said there. Some may not catch it right away. What I wrote is actually a very fair statement and accurate if you understand what it means.
First, did you notice that that “Truth” is capitalized? It was intentional, such that it is the real truth, meaning Jesus the Christ who is the Way, Truth, and the Life. The Truth is not something, but Someone.

The first sentence is obvious to all. The second sentence, “Muslims don’t understand this, nor do they understand very much of the Truth,” means that Muslims don’t understand Christ, who is the Truth. In light of them recognizing Him as only a prophet, and one less than Mohammad… this is a very fair statement. Much more could and should be said.

I believe I already asked this question in another thread but I would like to ask it again because it got no reply.
All the prophets performed a miracle and there was at least 1 witness to confirm it. This way the people knew it wasn’t a false prophet. What miracle did Mohammed perform and who witnessed it?
I do know that Mohammed by his own admission in the Koran never performed a miracle yet said the Koran is a miracle so please don’t use that as an answer because it’s a play on words. Mohammed may have had a gift for poetry but that’s very different than a miracle. Mozart got interested in the piano at age 3, became a master of the piano and violin at age 4 and created his first symphony at age 5. Is he a prophet or is he gifted?
In your bottom sentence you criticise the answerer yet you are not willing to use the same standards for your prophet in the top paragraph. What authority does he speak by when he is only a witness to himself? How can that be credible even if he was well liked and pious?

You’re right on target, and they don’t have a truthful answer for this. It was not revelation from God, but inspiration from elsewhere. He accomplished quite a feat, but for what real purpose?

Indeed! It is uplifting to hear from this side of the Arab world, not just the backwards ravings of madmen like Osama Bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri. What a world it would be to see this man on TV instead of on the internet on a site that people who don’t know anything about the middle east probably would never know to visit.
