Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Yesterday, I watched the Webinar, “Fatima, Mary and Our Lives” on youtube. If anyone missed it when it aired on May 10, you can now watch the video on youtube: youtube.com/watch?v=GwTcnoyKs7U

It is also on NCR website: ncregister.com/blog/jdemelo/fatima-resources

It lasts a little over an hour; I’d be interested in reading your comments. Fatima is such an important apparition and I keep feeling it is not getting nearly enough attention during this 100th Anniversary Year.

One thing I was glad to hear Msgr. Pope emphasize on this webinar was – the crucial need for prayer! I would have liked more discussion on that need for prayer and how to address it more seriously in our lives – individually, in family-life, and in parish-life so that it bears fruit in our society and our world.

Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your Faithful. Kindle in us the Fire of Your Love.
Jesus, I trust in You.
Mary, Mother of the Church, Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us.

Timely, interesting and inspiring discussion on Fatima.

The mother/author description of nightly rosary time warmed my heart and brought back good memories.

I will be completing my Consecration tomorrow. Our parish is doing a " balloon rosary" in front of the statute of Our Blessed Mother ,which is in a courtyard in front of our church enterance.
Individuals are easy assigned a singly OurcFather ,Hail Mary, etc. as we complete the entire rosary. Each prayer represented by a blue (Hail Mary) or white balloon ( our Fathets, etc) After completion the balloons will be anchored to a large container and we wiill each carry a flower as we process into the Church with a Our Lady of Fatima Statue, singing Marion songs.Mary will then be placed on the steps up to the alter and the flowers beside her in based:bouquet:🌷🌺💐🌸🙏

That is sounds really beautiful Jeanne S.
Dear Beautiful and Jeanne S.,

Thanks so much for your love and devotion to Jesus through Mary and for sharing with me and others on this thread. I hope many people all over the world will be inclined to pray more fervently, with greater attention and devotion today, on this Feast of Our Lady of Fatima.

If you watched EWTN yesterday and today you may have been as encouraged as I was to see the tremendous crowds at the Fatima shrine last night for the Rosary and today for the Mass offered by Pope Francis.

What a joy also to have the Canonization of two of the three little shepherd children proclaimed today: St. Jacinta and St. Francesco the two youngest of the little shepherd children to whom Mary appeared. Sister Lucia’s cause has been introduced; Sister died in her nineties not too long ago.

Our Lady of Fatima, Mother of the Church, pray for us.
St. Jacinta and St. Francesco pray for us, that we may love Jesus through Mary as you did on earth.
