These Sisters are in a situation of separation from the Church (irregular); I pray that they may sometime soon regularize their Carmel (which is something they seem to be working towards).
How so? Still would there be anything wrong with buying something off of that website.
To put it more plainly, they are not officially joined to the Discalced Carmelite Order, and the priests who say Mass for them are part of a group which is irregular, too. That being said, I don’t think it is sinful to buy from them; I have made some purchases myself. Just please pray that they may be regularized soon!

No, they’re not in full Communion with Rome or the Order of Discalced Carmelites. They know this and they are working toward full union.
