Wedding Toast Ideas

My best friend is getting married in a week and a half and I am trying to come up with something for a toast. I’m going to include some personal stuff in there, but I’d also like to say something Catholic (for lack of a better phrase)…any cool short poems, sayings, or something along those lines you’ve used before?

I used this version of the Irish blessing in a wedding toast a couple of years ago:

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
the sun shine warm upon your face.
The rains fall softly in your fields.

May the light of friendship guide your paths together.
The laughter of children grace your home.

When eternity calls you,
at the end of a life filled with love.
May the good Lord embrace you
with the arms that have nurtured you
the whole length of your joy-filled days.
May God hold you both
in the palm of His hands.
