My nephew was baptized Catholic, I do not no if he still practices his faith, he will be getting married this summer to a protestant girl in her church. Is it mortal sin for our family to attend?
You should, in charity, place it in the best light and assume he has received a dispensation from Catholic form to marry in the bride’s church.
If, in conversations with your family, it comes to light that he has not done so-- mention it to your sibling in private and encourage him/her to talk to their son. Ultimately, this is a prudential decision regarding attendance.
