Does anyone know if anyone publishes the full MP and EP in a weekly/monthly booklet? I’m thinking of something like what magnificat does for the daily readings, except for LOTH.

Well, you could technically say that Shorter Christian Prayer is like a monthly book of the LOTH (although, that’s not what you’re asking for).
divineoffice.org has iPhone apps for Lauds/Vespers, which is probably as close as you’re going to get. This website does something similar with PDFs, although you need a subscription. iBreviary is similar (and also free, but there’s the occasional bug that seems to pop up but has gotten a lot more reliable then when I first looked at it last summer) and is an iPhone app.
I think the problem you’re going to find is twofold. First, there’s not a lot of demand for monthly booklets for the LOTH. Secondly, unlike the readings which follow a 3 year cycle, the LOTH only has a 4 week cycle that repeats every month basically (especially during Ordinary Time). Most people would be able to follow the simple cycle of something like Shorter Christian Prayer, which is fairly cheap and small and only needs to be purchased once.
You’re best bet is going to be the digital ones.

I just wanted to know if anything else was already out there. DivineOffice.org is awesome though!
