I have done Body for Life a few times in the past 7 years, and SWEAR by it. it has been the most effective weight loss health building program I have ever used.Good for you!!! Go to www.bodyforlife.com and go to the exercise section, it gives you good exercises for all sections of your body. It also tells you how to do the reps to get the most out of your workout!!! That’s why I love this program, it gives you everything you need to know and it also allows you to modify if you need to. Look at all the transformations, they are amazing, so it can be done no matter how old you are:thumbsup: !!!
I did it twice in 2000, and dropped my body fat to 4.5% (I’m a guy, fyi).
It really takes about ten weeks to hit your stride; most people don’t see much change in the first few weeks, but you hit a certain point wher the weight just pours off. plus, you are building healthy muscle at the same time. It is awesome.
When you commit to a healthy lifestyle, rather than a one-time diet, it literally becomes your lifestyle, and unhealthy foods becoime the exception. It is tough being in a workplace where people seem to eat whatever they want all the time, but worth it in the pride I feel from doing what I know is good for me.
I especially found these two inspirational:
Lynn Lingenfelter:

Was shot on a hunting accident, contracted HIV through a blood transfusion, and completely turned his life around. Awesome story.
Ralph Zangara:
Ralph is very Catholic (seen him on TV) and I loved his saying : “My body is a gift from God; what I do with my body is my gift to Him.”
