Weird question.

Seriously, would it be wrong to accept a Facebook friend request from someone who is transgender. This person was a friend of mine in high school. I don’t want to come off like I accept her lifestyle, but I also don’t want to come off like I don’t care about her.
 
If you think that you’ll be bombarded with posts about immoral things, I wouldn’t friend her. If you are already worried about just friending this person, I imagine you’ll worry about whether to respond or not to certain posts. Honestly, stuff like this was the main reason I got off FB.

We love the sinner and hate the sin. Go ahead and friend them; if things get too weird and don’t work out later you can always block them.
