In my military days we seemed to have live and strive on stress…so, on occasion I was known to use Mylanta as coffee creamer!

I once put a dash of coffee in some Kahlua. Didn’t care for either one.

TEA on the other hand. . . Either nothing at all, or else a dab of honey or agave syrup, and only on teas which can take sweeteners. IOW, they don’t go in Lapsang Souchong! And NOT milk or cream.

Might have to get yourself a new coffee maker. If you’re getting grounds, it’s probably too fine. Fine coffee is usually for espresso, so use a moka pot for that.

That’s crazy. My brother LOVES siracha, might have to tell him to try it.

As for salt, I read that a small pinch was added by some in the navy, presumably before brewing. I’ve tried it but don’t notice a difference. Anyone heard of this?

All is well. They’re a good investment and last practically a lifetime. God knows how old our Lavazza is.

I had a friend mention this the other day.

He didn’t do it on purpose, but because some idiot put a large container of salt on the table, as in sugar-shaker sized . . .

As for me?

bicep, chest, and throat.

OK, I guess I put the coffee on those, rather than those in the coffee.

I was 20 months old.

This is why appliances now come with those annoyingly short cords–a percolating pot’s cord was dangling over the edge of the counter, and . . .

nine days in the ICU, my poor parents.

In France, chicory; in Russia, lemon. Both according to local custom
