In my faith journey, I’ve come across some things that, in a sense; are weirdly appropriate and Christian.
Like one of my favorite songs is Breaking Benjamin’s “ Angels Fall “.
I had a vision once hearing that song. In my mind, I saw the devil and his angels falling from heaven as I’m walking in a darkened land with my rosary in hand. The feeling I got in that vision was: I have a chance at redemption and the fallen angels don’t.
The Linkin Park song, “ New Divide “ I sometimes think of Confession when I hear it.
When I hear the opening chords, the peaceful part of the song; of Metallica’s “ Damage, Inc “ I think of God’s grace coming down for all those open to it.
Metallica’s “ To Live Is To Die “ I sometimes think of when I consider the Last Supper in Saint John 6.
Does anyone else have similar things they’d want to share?
