On 7 September 2009 , @ratio1, the Independent State of Samoa became the third country ever to change from right- to left-hand driving… There was Sweden as shown in the photo , but I don’t know which is the third .Oh I didn’t know countries actually decided to change sides.

That surprises me @tad . Are you sure it wasn’t demolition prior to new building ?When I visited London in the summer of '86 I was stunned at how much of the city was still reduced to charred rubble.
