Well, I tried to. I’m sorry if I’m not answering as you think I should–I mean that sincerely. But, we are coming at this issue from opposite poles, so it’s no wonder we seem to be talking past one another here.

Evidences of things not seen! What we don’t see, we don’t know. If faith is the evidence of things we don’t know, it means that where faith begins knowledge ends.
And for lack of knowledge, people perish, according to Hosea 4:6. Therefore, I can hardly believe that Abraham would live in the dark.

Yes, “evidence of things not seen” not “unknowable” just not obvious to the natural man. Abraham was called by God–a supernatural event. He didn’t gain his knowledge of God through study, but by faith–trusting that what God told him would come to pass–the “evidence of things not seen.”

Illogic! There can’t be evidence in things we do not know. Can you show me evidences that unicorn horses can fly? No, you can’t. Do you know what I mean now?
That’s something that if you want to believe, you have to do it by faith. Why? Because there is no way to know it. Therefore, where faith begins, knowledge ends. And for lack of knowledge, people perish. (Hosea 4:6)
