Were there two instances of the Pentecost in Scripture?

Did the Pentecost occur here?:

" (Jesus) said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”

15 And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the holy Spirit.

16 Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained.” "

all liturgical actions, including sacraments, are through the invocation of the Holy Spirit. the first passage is the institution of the priesthood and factulty to forgive sin (penance and reconciliation), since it speaks of the apostles only. The second passage is the institution of Confirmation, since it speaks of all the gathered disciples. Note however that it is Peter who speaks with authority for all when they emerge to address the gathered crowd of people.

The first episode (from John) has been called a foretaste of Pentecost, but properly speaking, Pentecost occured in Acts 2.
