I really need the advice of all my CAF friends here.
I have just returned from our local tennis courts with my brother, father and some family friends.
IMPT - These tennis courts have local houses right next to them - IMPT
We were just about to leave when one of our friends said he just needed the toilet.
To pass the time, I started knocking about with a tennis ball with my little brother.
All of a sudden I started hearing little ‘pinging’ sounds behind me, but thought they were from a crackling bonfire, when my brother said “did you see that?, something just flew past my head!”.
I turned around and saw a man in his garden blowing the smoke from a barrel of an air rifle, and then I realized!
These guys were shooting at us with air rifles, through their old broken wooden fence!!!
Right now I’m still a little emotionally unbalanced, so I’m not thinking straight.
But, air rifles can kill a small animal at 20 metres, which was about the distance between him and my back.
If this guy had hit me, or my brother, we could have been blinded, lost our hearing, been facially disfigured, or worse.
My family don’t want me to contact the police because of ‘revenge’.
I don’t know what to do.
Oh, and its my birthday too
