What about the arth rebelling against sins?

I don’t know where this fits. I hear that Earth’s disasters are related to elevated levels of sins. Does Gopd use it as a good to bring us closer to Him, does God give Satan more leeway to use nature to frighten us to our senses (though not for God’s sake), or did God give the Earth some spiritual DNA to react to sin. That is, the Earth does not have a mind, but some physio-spiritual nature to it?

It’s not God. it’s just the earth’s natural immune system responding to too much poisons being injected into her systems by human. It’s just another way of mother earth saying “STOP HURTING ME!”.

there have been volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, floods and tornados, since the dawn of time.

Adam was called to keep the order of the universe. I think natural order is ‘kind’ to us as long as we keep God’s commandements. Braking them, provokes some desharmony and desorders which ends up an disasters and they are rightfull God’s punishments because they happen because we have not kept the order.

I think Earth’s disasters are related to sins. We think that sins are spiritual but we often forget that they manifest themselves physically. If I am a soldier and get drunk, and fire by mistake, a person can get killed, and I would have provoked anger to a relative who may go around destroying things, provocking various chain reaction.
Now if you consider things on a Global scale, then…it start to make sens.

Or suppose you have something on the Oven, and you got distracted and forget about it,… and the house take fire. …

Some natural disasters could be happening because we are late on some technologies which were supposed to protect us. Suppose a person who was supposed to invent something important for humanity have been aborted, or killed.

So many examples…

As melancholic as I can be, it has struck me to wonder what worse disasters in the world, to others or in my own life God has prevented directly or through my patron saint and/or Guardian Angel. I could have died in worse sins (no, I wasn’t a hitman or rapist once), objectively known, than my scruples would have me feel I have committed recently. It could have happened to others if, for example, that one did not come to repentance before his execution had not St. Therese of Lisieux not been moved to pray for him.
