hello and thank you…this is another godparent question. we were married in the catholic church…strayed, unfortunately…had our children baptized episcopal…in which my sister, a catholic in good standing is a god mother of both children…my brother in law, a prespyterian godfather to them both…we have returned as a family back to the church…thank god…my husband has officially converted this past easter…my oldest just received her first communion this may…in february she also did a profession of faith due to her baptism out of faith …but there was no mention of godparents…who are they? is it just my sister a catholic? or both?
