What are my obligations when I miss Mass due to depression?

my question is, what are my obligations when my depression keeps me from attending Mass?

i know michelle arnold told another poster who is disabled that if she likes, she could have someone bring her Communion, but that it isnt required. ( Jan 10, '05, 1:29 pm)

is this true that confession, Communion and Mass aren’t necessarily an obligation to those with illness/disabilities?
