What are some basic Differences between the Seventh- day Adventists and traditional Protestants?

1. Sabbath keeping (i.e., worship).
2. Soul sleep
3. Ultimate annihilation of the wicked (no eternal "Lake of Fire).
4. Michael the archangel is Jesus
5. Partial atonement (only part of His work was accomplished on the cross)
6. In 1844 Jesus entered the heavenly Holy of holies (the “sanctuary”).
7. Christ’s present work of “Investigative Judgment”: In the “sanctuary” Jesus is now examining the works of “believers” (sleeping in the dust) to determine if they are worthy of eternal life (works salvation - similar to Catholicism here)
8. The prophetic teachings of Ellen G. White and “the spirit of prophecy”
9. Responsibility of all sins placed on Satan (the “scapegoat”)
10. Transgressors of Sabbath keeping will take the mark of the beast in the latter days
11. At Christ’s return the earth will lie dormant for 1000 years and Satan will inhabit it.

All pretty accurate except for #5- and # 6

They also believe that the soul sleeps until Christ’s 2nd comming, and that after Satan’s 1000 year reign, the wicked will be analliated and God will make a new paradise on Earth where the ritghtous will dwell forever.

There are several websites that give a very good view on adventism.
There was a thread that had a bunch of websites for this subject but of course I can’t find it. Let me know if you need more info and I can post those websites for you.
