What are some resources on the violence among Christians and Muslims?

I have the general impression that throughout the history where the religions of Islam and Christianity have coexisted, that aggression and violence has overwelmingly Muslim on Christian.
I would like a brief history on this subject…especially to rebut the secularists who say that all religion has killed people in the name of God, and who specifically sight The Inquisition and The Crusades as examples of “Christian Atrocities”
\And also…who committed the Armenian genocide 100 years ago?
