Which traditionalist groups are not in union with the Pope and the Church?

Which think we have an invalid Pope? Are there other reasons besides this for certain groups not being in union with our Pope and Church? Which traditionalists groups question the new Rite of Ordination and the Novus Ordo Mass and are not in union with our Pope and Church because of it?

Which traditionalist groups accept Vatican II teaching and the CCC in light of tradition?

Which do not accept all of the Vatican II teachings and the CCC but remain subject to the Pope and faithful members of the Church?

In terms of accepting Vatican II and the newest Catechism, most groups simply ignore both without publicly rejecting them (or portions of). Privately, traditional groups probably see error in both.

The SSPX is talking with the Vatican and appears to be close to accepting the terms of having a Personal Prelature.
Those who recognise Pius XII as the last valid pope include CMRI, Most Holy Trinity Seminary in Brooksville, FL(headed by former Society priest), St Gertude’s in Cincinnatti(headed by former Society priest0, Society of St Pius V based out of Round Top, NY(headed by former Society priest), and Willing Shepherds in Massachusetts are the larger ones out there, many independents abound. In Europe there is Mater Boni Consilii Institute, headed by a former Society priest. Mexico and S. America have quite a few, independent, religous and maybe a couple of seminaries.
